BrokerQA takes action as soon as a real estate contract and other supporting documents are submitted to us. Agents, Coordinators, and Vendors can either use the toll-free fax number that we provide exclusively for your brokerage, or can send the documents to us electronically.
Within 24 hours of receiving your faxed, scanned, or uploaded documents, BrokerQA personnel review all the critical content for accuracy and inputs the important dates, deadlines, contact info, etc…
Then our intelligent and customizable computer system generates deadline reminders, task lists, document error reports, and notification messages. The authorized participants of each transaction can easily access these status reports and view their digitized documents on our secured website.
As the transaction progresses, BrokerQA automatically and securely sends out the appropriate reminders via email, along with the relevant blank forms or copies of related documentation, so that your transaction is assured to have a successful closing.
Afterward, BrokerQA provides you with two brokerage-branded CDs, one version for you and one for the client. These CDs include all documentation and communication related to the transaction, making your paper files unnecessary and giving you quick access whenever you need it.
Even more, state regulatory agencies (e.g., D.R.E.) have indicated that a transaction CD generated by BrokerQA satisfies the Broker's requirement for document retention.

Employing Brokers, Agents, and Independent Brokers can all
take advantage of BrokerQA.
Employing or Managing Brokers are given more supervisory
privileges than their Agents, allowing them to monitor multiple transactions for
multiple agents. Brokers are also given access to a Reports Menu that provides
them with further insight into their business.
In addition -- at your sole discretion -- all parties
involved in a transaction processed through BrokerQA are given free, temporary
access while their transaction is active. Each Buyer, Seller, Sales Assistant,
or Cooperating Broker can receive his/her own ID and password so that he/she may
monitor the transaction, too, and contribute toward a successful close.

Do I need to install any

No. BrokerQA's business application is web-based so all you
need is an Internet connection and a web browser (e.g. Microsoft
Explorer). All user access privileges are password
protected and secured at the application level.
