Does BrokerQA take the place of my own personal assistant?

Yes and no. This is because brokers and agents utilize personal assistants in different ways.
BrokerQA can't make coffee, install a lockbox, or meet with an appraiser at a vacant property.
But BrokerQA does accomplish many of
the steps in a real estate transaction that are commonly done via e-mail, voicemail, or
fax. Some steps require your involvement, but many can be handled automatically by BrokerQA.
Just log into BrokerQA's web site once a day and you'll be kept
so well connected and organized that all contract deadlines are met,
all paperwork is completed accurately, and all transactions close quickly and
without unnecessary surprises.
BrokerQA's system provides such a significant productivity savings that some Brokers have decided that they don't need full-time personal assistants. Others
have found that BrokerQA makes their personal assistants more productive by
allowing them to focus on higher value tasks.

How does BrokerQA's reminder service work?

A unique feature of BrokerQA is its highly flexible reminder service.
Once your contracts are transcribed and "scrubbed" by the BrokerQA
personnel, BrokerQA automatically generates time-sensitive e-mail reminders for all important deadlines,
tasks, and error notifications..
Many reminders contain
links to the actual document in question. In the case of missing
documents, a copy of the most commonly used form is also attached (if
applicable).
At your discretion, these reminders can be
sent to your clients, the cooperating agent, and, if
permitted, to their client.
You are always given 48 hours to preview
and modify all outgoing reminders. Plus, BrokerQA
allows you to create your own reminders.
Once the transaction is completed, these reminders are
stored on a CD with all other documentation.

Can Employing Brokers review the status of their Agents' transactions?

Absolutely. Brokers may
review their Agents' transactions in detail, or
at a summarized level. BrokerQA provides the Employing Broker
with a complete audit
trail of signatures, deadline dates, and other events for each transaction.
In addition, BrokerQA provides Brokers with management reports and controls over the way their Agents use the BrokerQA system.

What types of contracts and real estate forms does BrokerQA support?

BrokerQA can be customized to meet the needs of your individual brokerage.
Our application is highly flexible which means that purchase contracts and
disclosure forms from most state and local associations can be used. Since
documents are faxed into BrokerQA, forms can either be computer-generated or
handwritten. |

Does BrokerQA's Transaction CD take the place of the paperwork I now have to keep on file?

that is required as part of your transaction file can
be faxed into the BrokerQA system. After the
closing of escrow, all related documents, communications, and other
records will be publish on a CD branded with your brokerage's logo.
Most states' real estate regulatory agencies (i.e. D.R.E.) have indicated that this CD
satisfies their requirement for document retention.
